Job Responsibilities
  • Mix, shape and bake our sourdough and yeasted breads
  • Feed and look after our sourdough starter
  • Keep production on schedule for the 7 AM opening
  • Follow food safety and cleaning routines

Educational Requirements

High school diploma; A baking or culinary certificate is an asset

Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years in a bakery or professional kitchen
  • Experience with long-fermented doughs
Additional Requirements
  • Early shifts starting at 4 AM
  • Able to lift 20 kg flour bags
  • French and English are an asset

Salary

$22 – $26 per hour
